I am a frugal momma! Being frugal means I also love rewards points from the things that I bought. I am reward collector addict. I have almost every card that can collect points from Air Miles, Stitches, Aeroplan, American Eagle, Sobeys card, President’s Choice Card (PC Card) and etc. But the one that I considered as the best is the PC Card. I used to collect air miles before but I stopped using it since I don’t get enough points for this one.
My PC card was with me for awhile now but I only used it this year since I discovered that I can easily accumulate points than any other cards. I have not paid attention much to this card since I have this. Every time we go to Independent Grocery Store, I always forget to bring it with me. Since I had a baby, I need to find ways to save money. It’s really expensive to raise a baby here in Canada. Until one day, we went to the Independent Grocery Store the cashier asked me at the counter if I have a PC card. I just told her that I have but I always forget it. She then replied that I should never forget it since I always go there to do my groceries because it’s a nice way to save money and it is easy to earn points. And once you accumulated points you can redeem it and make it as a payment for your groceries.
I always bring my PC card since that day every time we go there and do our groceries before but now it is also digitalized. I just install the app in my phone and register my name and my PC card in the app so no need to bring the card with you. Just present the app on your phone and the cashier will just scan it and points will be automatically added on your account. This card is free and there’s no need to renew it. Every 20,000 points is equivalent to $20.00. So far I already redeemed $30.00 to buy milk for my baby. At first, I didn’t know that PC card can personalized the offers to you. The more you will use it the more the offer will be personalized to you. Offers are change each week. So far I enjoyed using the PC card. I earn points to put towards the dollars off my grocery bill. As of today I have 36,850 points and I can redeem $30.00 but I choose not to redeem yet since I want to save and make it more. For me this is the best reward card. Last week I was offered 8,000 points for every $40.00 spent on diapers or wipes plus 2,000 points earned in-store offers. For me this is the best reward card.
The diapers we’re on sale at $29.95 instead of $35.00 regular price. I bought 2 boxes of huggies (192 count each box). I earned 10,000 points on that transaction alone. If I redeemed the $30.00 from my PC card, it would save me a lot of money but choose not to redeem yet since I want to make more savings.
